I'm currently reading several books including: The World is Flat, The Real Truth about Success, and The 8th Habit from Effectiveness to Greatness. The common theme is that I've got a lot of work to do, and I've got to get going very quickly. The future is slipping away, but it is not out of reach. From churches in my rural county who misspell "divine" on their web page to an international art web blog that misspells the same word in a quote by Michelangelo, it seems simple enough to employ a basic proofreader. Of course the internet is a whole new world, devoid of the traditional editors and copywriters of the print media. Soon I will go on.

Wow. Read your info about being a writer. Same path here. That's why the blog was called 'Surfin With Stan'. It was a 1994 column I wrote in the local paper. I'll be watching your blog.... and remember... collaboration is key. Or as Unknown Hinson would say 'it's da' kang babeee...
